BẠCH THƯỜNG XUÂN (LIFE IN SPRING TEA)
At the beginning of spring, a skilled artisans in the high mountains carefully select young tea buds that have just bloomed on ancient tea trees after a long, cold winter. These tea buds are roasted and lightly rubbed in a pan before drying for several days in gentle sunlight. This process produces Bạch Thường Xuân (Life In Spring) tea with a clear water color, sweet taste, fresh grass and bamboo leaves aroma.
