GREEN SNAIL SPRING TEA
The tea buds are carefully selected from ancient Snow Shan trees over 600 years old in the mountains, where harsh weather conditions and wide temperature fluctuations throughout the day. Green Snail Spring tea contains a unique flavor with high polyphenol content in each young bud. The buds are de-fermented and crushed by hand right on a hot cast iron pan by a skilled artisan. The tea has a fragrant aroma of green rice and orchids, a lightly astringent taste blended with a mellow sweetness and a deep sweet aftertaste that lasts through many brewings.
