    600 YEAR-OLD SNOW SHAN TEA

The tea petals, consisting of one bud and one leaf, are harvested from ancient Snow Shan tea trees over 600 years old. These trees grow at an altitude of 1500m to 2000m and are processed in a small village nestled on the mountainside near Tay Con Linh peak. Artisans use traditional processing methods to wilt and kill yeast in a cast iron pan, preserving the green tea's rich, natural flavor and lasting sweetness.
